For over 14 years, Thomas is involved in Mentoring & Leadership Training in Nilgiris, South India.  Thomas also helps professionals and individuals with behavioral assessment styles using data-driven coaching and facilitating workshops with Team Building activities.

​Thomas also does executive coaching for  professionals helping them find their potential. He has been helping them find values, extending coaching support to face life's most difficult situations building RESILIENCE.​

Young people facing peer pressure, no purpose in life, identity crisis, and clarity in their career are the major concern for today’s young people. Thomas helps them find their confidence, discover their purpose in life, navigate through their passion and drive, set a steady track, and help them achieve it in a short period of time.
